TAPPY HAPPY



Donna Eden often suggests gently tapping the 3rd eye area (between the eyebrows) when you are feeling genuinely happy, calm, or joyful.

 

In Energy Medicine terms, this area corresponds to:

The Brow/Third Eye chakra

The Yintang acupuncture point

 

An energetic “command centre” for perception and regulation.

 

But how does tapping it while happy help you access happiness later?

 

You Are Wiring Joy Into the Brain

When you are happy:

·       Your brain is producing dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin
