Probably about 30 years ago, a wise woman gave me a morning 'prayer' - she has gone to other realms now and I can't remember who she said wrote this prayer.
But it has been my constant companion for all these years, wherever I have lived: London, Andalucia or a small island off the coast of England ..... it's been up on my office notice board.
I sometimes share it with students and today I thought I'd share it with you.
I'm not posting it on Facebook or anything like that as it's a very private prayer but if you have found your way to it, then it's meant for you! May it bring you the serenity it's given me. xxx Maddie
