CHART AND REPLAY TO END OF YEAR SELF TESTING TUTORIAL SERIES

If you are new to self testing, do take time to explore the other pdf handouts, many have video replays in them. Take time out to watch and read and hopefully be enchanted by the whole concept of this INVALUABLE self-care tool.

After class someone asked about GROUNDING - and I've done a whole module on it called THE BAREFOOT REVOLUTION - here's the link:

But it is so important, therefore I might well do a tutorial/Q&A next year.

Lovely to see some of you at our end of year Self Testing Q&A session this evening.

Here is the replay link if you would like a reminder or if you couldn't make it in person!

Hope it will inspire you to:

  • practice practice practice your self testing

  • build your confidence

  • reprogramme your Mini-me to feel safe around energy testing

  • realise your full potential for accuracy

  • fall in love with self testing

  • test before you ingest

  • test the best time of day to eat something

  • test to see the 'degree' to which a food benefits you - use the arc (below)

  • take time over the festive season to bring together your own 'self-care' table/tray/corner

  • have fun with it

I SEEK THE TRUTH AND WHAT I DO WITH THAT TRUTH IS ENTIRELY MY CHOICE.

I'M CURIOUS TO KNOW .....

TO WHAT DEGREE IS THIS FOOD/TECHNIQUE/WHATEVER (touch it at this point) FOR MY HIGHEST GOOD AND GREATEST BENEFIT - you could say for general wellbeing or for something specific e.g. for my stiff knee, for my psoriasis, for my digestion etc.,

In this particular case you would mark 0% up to 100% - and, as you'll see in the replay when I tested the Rose Quartz - it was about 75% beneficial so definitely worth using. The idea being that something can test 'strong' but HOW strong, HOW beneficial is it - this gives you another layer of information.

IF YOU'D LIFE MORE INFORMATION ON DOWSING AND THE ORACLE CARDS I MENTIONED - check out a module I did earlier in the year, called CONVERSATIONS WITH THE WOW :

So, all that remains for me to say is ........
