If you weren't sure what I was talking about in the Crone Zone today - here it is in writing. These points are master points in the body and will provide that extra shot of energy to mind and body in any circumstance, but I use them especially when I'm a long way from home with the dogs and my energy is running low. Normally because I became far too optimistic about the miles!
