I'm a wee bit 'lazy'
Sometimes I don't feel like doing a full exercise
Often there's not time
Occasionally it's simply not convenient
But SOMETHING is better than nothing …
….. and this is one of my back ups that I absolutely love …..

A Mini Cross-Crawl for the Neck (Quick, Discreet, Wonderful!)
On days when you’re short of time, or when you just need a gentle energy pick-me-up, try this tiny cross-over movement on the neck. It’s wonderfully discreet — no one will even know you’re doing it. Perfect for when you are travelling, in a meeting, on the sofa watching a movie ...
Clasp the top of each shoulder (the trapezius muscles). Using your fingertips and the heel of your hand, give the muscle a little “pinch and roll.”
Take your right hand and place it on the left side of your neck, palm resting on the skin, fingertips touching the edge of the neck vertebrae. Safety note - don't apply pressure to the bones themselves.
Apply gentle pressure and sweep down diagonally across your body — from neck, over the opposite breast, down to the waist.
Repeat on the other side.
Don't forget to breathe and smile, you may also talk to your body, for example: It is now safe for my energies to cross with resilience and joy - all is well. thank you.
Do this two or three times on each side — or more if it feels delicious. It not only connects the energies across the body, but also melts tension from the neck and shoulders.
