How I helped heal my shoulder pain

A couple of weeks ago I woke up and couldn't move my left arm away from my body - no apparent injury but very painful.
This is what I've been doing and now .... NO PAIN and movement is back.
I feel so grateful that I have had amazing teachers to educate me (over many decades) in 'self-care' so that when issues like this present themselves, I can get curious, experiment and find a way back to 'health'.
Yes, it takes time, it's not the instant relief drugs can give, but it feels empowering and effective to work with the cause rather than just mask the symptom.
Of course, for some things drugs are 100% necessary but sometimes, the best medicine is you.
