Find the ideal weight for you - no more guessing!


Do you know what weight is the absolute ideal for your uniquely special body?


Is your opinion impacted by fashion magazines, peer pressure and what others dictate?


Here's a way of asking your own body what weight it wants to be for optimum mental, physical and energetic health - get to the truth and don't be influenced by the influencers!


You may need to lose weight or gain a few pounds, it goes both ways - but your Wise One Within, knows exactly, to the very ounce, what is right for you. Once you adjust your weight accordingly you will feel happier, healthier and be supporting, rather than sabotaging, your health.

You may be surprised ….. being 'rounded' may be exactly what your body needs to be. It really is 'all about you'. So, approach this lightly and with a completely open mind - be curious, it's then up to you what you do with the information (I'll be blogging on weight adjustment over the Summer, sign up to my website newsletter so you don't miss any of them).


You will need:

  1. half a dozen small index cards + pen.

  2. the ability to self test - if you can't self test join my website newsletter and you automatically receive a FREE booklet on how to do it.

  3. an open mind and sense of fun.

On each card you will write a 'weight range' that suits you.

I write in 7 lb ranges. For example, I know that there is no way my body will want to go below 10 stone (140lbs / 63 1/2 kilos). However, that's an 'intellectual decision, maybe it will - so I've done 8 cards from what I consider too low to too high.... it's part of keeping an open mind.

So my ranges would be, on individual cards:




You might choose to put a specific weight on each card, by the pound or kilo.


When you write on the cards, the intention behind the words carries a specific resonance and each card acts as a focus point for the test .... much easier and more practical than getting the weights out!


Next step is to get grounded and neutral. Weight can be an emotional issue that triggers your body's energetic gatekeepers, who can spring into action to resist any attempt to adjust your weight.


Here's a blog I did on your Outer Gatekeeper (Triple Warmer) that you may find interesting, especially if you find the whole issue of weight adjustment stressful.



The Inner Gatekeeper is Heart Protector and goes deeper into the emotional issues that might impact the heart. Stroking the inside of your forearm very gently helps calm this pathway of energy.


Stroking the inside and outside of the forearm at the same time - relaxes the defensive grip of these two gatekeepers and enables any energy testing you may do to be more accurate, or, if you are simply drawing a card, it will be a more 'intuitive' draw. So stroke in this way (doesn't matter which arm you stroke) and at the same time say ...


I SEEK THE TRUTH AND WHAT I DO WITH THAT TRUTH IS ENTIRELY MY CHOICE.


Smile and tap gently over your Thymus area for a couple of deep breaths to put yourself into a temporary state of energetic balance.


Hold the cards over your chest area, connecting to heart energy as we are working in the spirit of self-love. Ask the following ...


SHOW ME THE OPTIMUM WEIGHT FOR MY BODY TO BE SLIM, FIT, HEALTHY AND STRONG. THANK YOU.


You can then do one of two things:


1) touch each card and ask IS IT THIS ONE? and the ideal weight will be the 'odd man out' i.e. maybe you test 3 and one tests strong and 2 weak .... so the strong one is the answer, or it could be the opposite. If you are an energy tester you might explore this option.


However, if you're not sure how to energy test, not confident yet .... or simply like making life easier, do this ....


SHUFFLE the cards and pick one (face down so you don't know what you are choosing).


..... and THAT is your ideal weight for health and happiness. THAT is what the Wise One Within has chosen, via the card. Are you surprised? Does it confirm what you thought? Don't judge it, be open to it. Remember ..... it's only information and you can follow up as YOU choose.


Our ancestors were more in touch with what their bodies needed at any given time, their very survival depended on the 'knowing' that came from their Wise One Within (WOW). I suspect that as we have advanced technologically, especially in the past 50 years, our ability to tune in to that WOW 'knowing' is diminishing, for most it's no longer a natural ability, we may have whispers of it, but often it's ignored. Doing something as simple as energy testing or just choosing a card with intention, can be a bridge to the WOW - a shortcut to 'knowing'.


This can be adapted to weight for a specific problem e.g.

Enjoy and feel safe with the knowledge that whatever your weight adjustment, it's going to benefit you. The ultimate decider is how you feel at a particular weight. I invite you to stop every so often and tune into your body; what are the improvements? what can you now do that you couldn't?
