It's August, well into Summer now and this week I'm looking at how to support our skin as we travel along our timeline. Did you know Skin cell turnover typically slows from about 28 days in young adults to around 45–60 days or longer with age. Skin, the largest organ of our body definitely benefits from a little TLC in the Crone Zone.
