Most mornings, I begin my day by tuning in to one specific focus for self-care.
How do I decide what that is?
It depends — sometimes I draw on knowledge stored in my brain, sometimes I trust my intuition, and other times I’ll use tools like a pendulum or energy testing.
But, truth be told, there are plenty of days when I’m feeling lazy… and that’s when I turn to my trusty ‘self-care oracle cards’ — a set I’ve lovingly created over the years.

This little ritual has become my personal fast-track to discovering exactly what my body, mind, or energy system needs on any given day. I also find it a reliable biofeedback technique that will often turn the spotlight on something I was totally unaware of.
I thought I’d occasionally share what shows up — and today, it was Aura-Soma. Which I thought fitted in nicely with my Essential Crone Summer Series!

One of my absolute favourites is the Serapis Bey spray, which I’ll tell you more about at the end.

If you are familiar with Eden Energy Medicine, you might like to do a Celtic Weave or the Tibetan Rings. If familiar with TCM ‘fluff out’ your wei-chi energies to protect and defend you.

· Visualise a radiant gold light surrounding you — warm, steady, expansive.
