We all have an inherent wisdom within that is part of the greater 'universal' wisdom, BUT .... sometimes the flow or ability to 'connect' to that wisdom becomes restricted. Here is a simple exercise to do when you need to be able to access deeper meaning, to go beyond the noise of the monkey mind chatter, let go of 'conditioning' and break out of the bonds of the mundane
Every time I do this, I use slightly different words and please, I invite you to use YOUR words .... but this will give you a starting point.
Sit with both feet firmly on the ground and feel that connection to the Earth.
Close your eyes
Smile
Take a couple of beautiful deep breaths
Feel yourself grounded to the nourishing Yin energies beneath and within you
Rub your hands together and shake them off
Bring them to the highest point on the top of your head.
In some traditions it's called 100 MEETINGS and as the highest point = think of it as being the closed to the 'wisdom above' you.
Gently hold the point with one, or two hands, flat of palm or fingertips - it doesn't matter, just make a connection and say:
IT IS NOW SAFE, IT IS NOW TIME AND I CAN SO EASILY CONNECT TO THE WISDOM OF ALL THAT IS ABOVE ME - THE UNIVERSAL UNIVERSE OF INFINITY. I DO SO WITH LOVE AND LIGHT. IT FEELS GOOD TO CONNECT TO THIS KNOWING. THANK YOU

Move your hands to the NAVEL - one of the most sacred points on the Central Vessel. So sacred it is not needled in acupuncture. Hold the navel, smile and say:
IT IS NOW SAFE, IT IS NOW TIME AND I CAN SO EASILY CONNECT TO THE WISDOM THAT HAS GONE BEFORE ME THROUGH MY MOTHER'S LINEAGE. IT'S ANCIENT, IT'S DEEP, I KNOW IT AND NOW I REMEMBER IT WITH EASE. I WORK WITH IT IN LOVE AND LIGHT. THIS IS MY ANCESTRAL LINE, THIS IS WHAT HAS GONE BEFORE ME, THIS IS PART OF ME. IT FEELS SO RIGHT TO BE CONNECTING TO THIS KNOWING - THANK YOU.

Move your hands to the lower back area - the MINGMEN that sits between the kidneys and holds the ancestral energy that connect through the male line. Hold, smile and say:
IT IS NOW SAFE, IT IS NOW TIME FOR ME TO CONNECT AND WORK WITH WISDOM THAT HAS GONE BEFORE ME, IT FLOWS DOWN THROUGH THE ANCESTRAL LINE WITH GRACE AND EASE. IT IS STRONG, IT IS YANG, IT SUPPORTS ME IN IT'S SPECIAL WAY. I WORK WITH IT IN TRUE LOVE AND LIGHT. AS IT FLOWS THROUGH ME, IT'S FAMILIAR .... I'M REMEMBERING AND IT FEELS GOOD. THANK YOU

Connect to your 3rd Eye - the Yin Tang point that can see that which is not seen. You can hold with fingertip/s, one or both hands, lightly figure 8 over the area .... whatever feels good
IT IS NOW SAFE FOR MY YIN TANG TO OPEN AND BLOSSOM WITH LOVE AND LIGHT, IT HELPS ME SEE THE TRUTH, IT HELPS ME FIND MY SPIRITUAL PERSPECTIVE AND WORK IN TRUE LOVE AND LIGHT, IT HELPS ME SEE MY TRUTH, IT HELPS ME DISCERN THE TRUTH AROUND ME. IT HELPS ME BE AUTHENTIC IN MY LOVE AND LIFE. THANK YOU
Ideally do this out in Nature on a regular basis - daily, weekly, monthly .... you choose.
Why?
To feed, nurture and expand the Wise One Within, to a degree that your intuition and sensitivity grow and from that growth, you begin to feel more confident in your choices; be they to do with your everyday life, self-care or client care.
Don't let your WOW get lonely, don't let her 'stagnate' - reboot her by keeping these ANCESTRAL GATES open so that the wisdom of those that have gone before you, of the many 'yous' that have gone before you ...... can flood into you in the present time.
That wisdom is meant to flow through you smoothly, unhindered, clear and easy so that you really do enter your 'Wise Woman Wisdom' with a gentle, loving smile. Nothing forced, nothing fake, just a deep 'knowing' of what is real, what is love.
In time, this helps you remember the 'why' of why you are who you are, born in this time and doing what you are doing and remind you of the importance of listening to the whispers of your very soul.
You don't need to look outside for fake gurus when you have all that wisdom from all times and dimensions, within you ..... you just need to be aware and access it in the spirit of love - and this helps you.
All that you need is within.
