I became so enamoured by my research into this ancient culture that the digital manual just kept growing (it’s about 200 pages).
This provides a wealth of information for those who are interested and over 50 different Tibetan medicine based techniques, tips and insights to explore, some in the Zoom room with me (replay of the 2 hour class) and some in the digital manual; along with guidance on how to get curious and explore the material.
If you not a ‘reader’, the 2 hour replay of the class is enough, it stands alone. I wanted to give you choice as to how deep you dive into the Tibetan ways.

WHAT EXACTLY IS THE SERIES?
There comes a time when life gently shifts:

And in today’s world with rising stress, uncertainty, environmental challenges,
and diminishing access to healthcare
self-care is no longer optional. It’s essential.
My aims with WISDOM WOMAN WAYS are simple and heartfelt:

This is the first in a series that offers an exploration of the ancient wisdom traditions of cultures from around the world — gently adapted for the modern-day Wisdom Woman and the realities of contemporary life.
Together, we’ll take what is timeless, practical, and nourishing from these ancient ways, and reshape them so they fit into real lives: busy lives, thoughtful lives, lives that are asking for deeper self-care, meaning, and balance.

When I asked myself where to begin, I turned (as I often do!) to my trusty pendulum. The answer was immediate and no surprise: Tibet.
Tibetan wisdom offers an incomparable foundation — one that cultivates serenity, stillness, and inner connection. It helps us access the ultimate wisdom:
the Wise Woman Within.
From this strong, grounded base, other wisdom traditions can be confidently explored and woven together.
WHAT THE SERIES WILL LOOK LIKE
This is a long-term series, unfolding gently over the next few years, at a gentle pace to fit in, rather than overwhelm.
- Each class will focus on one ancient culture’s ‘wisdom ways’.
- Later, we’ll weave wisdoms together to support specific modern challenges such as insomnia, digestion, emotional wellbeing, breathing, stress, and more
- You don’t need to commit to the entire series — simply choose the classes that feel right for you
Each class will include:
- A live Zoom session with me (plus a replay link you can keep)
- A digital manual (PDF) with background, context, and additional wisdoms to explore at your leisure
- Ongoing support and Q&A via my Facebook page MIDLIFE GODDESS, so everyone benefits from shared questions and insights
- Class lengths will vary (approximately 45 minutes to 3 hours, depending on content), and I aim to keep prices accessible, between £25 and £50, booked in advance via my website.
